Why you may not need a college degree

 Many Graduates today have been seriously embarrassed, disgraced and limited in life by the certificate they carry. Many first class holders are carrying first class-trouble because they can't defend their certificate.  Any certificate you can't defend will deny you and also limit you. I better possess a third class certificate that I can produce and defend anywhere, anytime than a first class certificate that I will always be ashamed of bringing out because it directly opposes my level of productivity.

when you cheat, you may end up cheating all your life

If you cheat to pass, you will constantly cheat all through life just to maintain the level of respect and acceptance by the society. But the question is, for how long will that be?  By God's grace, I have sat on several job interview panels and the trend now does not honour certificate but individual productivity and ability to do the job.

So if only in this life you have all hope on your certificate, you are of all men most miserable.  Your certificate may take you to the top but it is what you know that that will sustain you there. Life is not run by certificate, but its run from the mind.  

Men with developed mind always get the best out of life. There is no luck anywhere, those we count as being lucky only prepared their minds for opportunities and when it came knocking, they grabbed it.

Your mind is the center of your productivity,
 Develop your mind for maximum productivity 

 Productivity is proportional to a developed mind. Your mind will only deliver to you what it carry's and your mind will only carry what you deposit in it. An undeveloped mind will remain unproductive. Your level of productivity is directly proportional to how much you know (mind's development). You can never produce more than you know.

To produce more than know more. Increase your knowledge capacity and you will definitely increase your income capacity. What you get in life comes from

1. The people you know

2. The things you know

 3. The God you know

To get more out of life then decide this to:

Network with relevant and Value adding people

1. Increase your network.  Not just increasing your network but get valuable network. Let the people you know be people or great worth and value. You just have to scale up  

Search for information that will build you up

2. Get informed. Seek to know more, seek for knowledge everywhere you know it can be found. Get to know what's happening around you, what's the government doing? What are the opportunities the government is bringing out for youths, farmers, business men etc. How can I get involved? Ask all these questions and many more, do your research. Just get informed. Read books and ask question. Most times until you get involved you won't know.

God and you will have all

3. Promotion comes not from the south, nor the East not even the West talk less of the North but authentic and sustaining promotion comes from above. It comes from God. For it He that gives you power to create wealth. The level of your knowledge of God is proportional to your growth and sustainability in life.  If you want to get more in life then know God more. The more of God you know the more secrets He reveals to you.  As we get into the second half of the year, I charge you to increase your knowledge of these 3 things and your 2016 will be 10x better.
